If it's part of the stimulus package, shouldn't they be referred to as stimulaters?
I very much need to be stimulated. Do you have a phone number or email address to give me?

Update from April 18, 2020, 9 a.m.: Drugstore chain warns of tips
The drugstore chain dm explicitly warns against building masks for itself according to instructions on the Internet. "We understand the need and desire of people to help themselves in this unsettling situation, where protective masks are in short supply. At the same time, however, we also appeal to the population to follow only the tips on the official channels of the government to contain the coronavirus and their scientific expertise precisely because of the seriousness of the situation," says Petra Gruber, dm Managing Director Marketing and Purchasing.

Tips from the Internet, which do not come from the official side, recommend the construction of a protective mask with vacuum cleaner filters. But they can even be harmful to health. dm said in a press release: "Contrary to the claim that vacuum cleaner bags with particulate filters have very good filter properties, comparable to respirator masks of category FFP 2, there does not appear to be any scientific evidence for this."

For hygiene reasons, such filters would contain a fine antibacterial powder made of polymer, which can be released by cutting the bags. If this is then also brought directly to the respiratory tract and inhaled, this is harmful to health for both the lungs and digestive organs. dm therefore advises against homemade masks with this component.
"Bitte halten Sie sich an die Regierungs-Vorgaben": dm warnt vor gefährlichen Masken-Bestandteilen

I find that Google Translate misses the mark on many German to English translations, and Bing is better at it, specially when it comes to idioms.
