Just check where the vent holes/slots are in refrigerators and freezers, should be drawing usually warmer air to them or pushing out cold air. Problems can arise if those vents are blocked.
My Amana has a cold air outlet at top center (cold air sinks) and have found some items frozen.
Mine, the top shelf is the coldest because that's where the vent outlets are. Freezer is bottom pull out. one of the door compartments is probably just right for it.
My main fridge is two par, top is freezer with own door and bottom one is normal. wormest place is butter and cheese compartment in the door, nothing freezes there.
Other fridge is an older but good working one sitting outside in a shade and I keep dog food there. That way it doesn't have to run during winter.
Mine is a large fridge/freezer with the fridge at the top and freezer at the bottom. It's possible the couple of sections at the top of the door might be the warmest, they have see-through flaps that close them off.

Coronavirus: UK considers virus-tracing app to ease lockdown - BBC News
That is on a par with this: US Health Weather Map Main page is here: Kinsahealth where the premise is if you keep track of your temp° you can be proactive in your health care. But, I see a weak link in both and it involves the passage of time.
For Kinsa:For your link:Armed with real-time community health information, Kinsa helps triage your illness right when you get sick — connecting you to information, care providers or even nearby medical facilities.I apologize that I may have missed it but I didn't see if the NHSX actually had an app or if it's inferred that they would obtain "similar smartphone software" with the likes of what China uses.If a person starts feeling ill, it is suggested they use the app to request a home test. And if it comes back positive for Covid-19, then an instant signal would be sent to everyone they had been in close contact with over recent days.
I do see the value in either system as they are early warning tools in this global fight, but that early warning is lost if you don't have the tests or the healthcare infrastructure for distribution and treatment once you have been positively diagnosed. I'm unaware of the situation with testing in the UK but here in the US the situation depends on who you talk to or listen to on the news. The government paints a rosy picture while the front line doctors and nurses are pleading for help.

Many of todays fridges have a "flex zone" drawer. Can be anything from frozen to warmish
For the apps, just report everyone who uses it has had contact, and don't say who...
