    Morning Mike.

So you fell back to 1803.

Before you fell back, was any of the 4GB reduction data or just old windows stuff?
Well if I knew exactly what 1809 removed I would tell you. It did mess up 2 programs I had installed for benchmarking. Also Task Manager was not reading some things correctly.
That 4 gig difference was between Macrium image backups.
On the actual C-drive there was almost a 10 gig difference between 1803 and 1809. I lost almost 10 gigs after updating to 1809.

    Also for TC ....
I run Dism Cleanup A LOT
    "Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase"
    Just so everyone knows......
Plus I use 3 more cleanup apps.....run them regularly

    Evening Andre.

    Afternoon beeman

10 Gigs is a lot. will be interesting to see difference when 1809 is re-released in the do over.

To bad Windows doesn't have an effective method to get info to clients. Dona's posting on twitter about data recovery won't be seen by all.

Wonder if they could push through notifications.

I can tell a difference in speed already. Just loading a couple folders full of files is faster than the old Mushkin was. Loading web pages seems faster too. It might be that web pages loaded slower in 1809 which I had read about as well.

Before I forget to post it.... when I first got back and took out the old ssd and installed the new 860. I plugged in my Macrium wrist band USB to boot and get things going...... I had the *** MCT on there for some reason

I had to shutdown and put the old ssd back in another ssd port to boot from and make a new Macrium rescue usb lol.

I am chuckling and lol'n now, but you talking about mad at the time
