Agree, they don't update the minute the update is release but they update.

Screenpresso can just say it happens within five days or it happens on the next restart.

Again, I'm just asking how it works, not telling how I would like it to work.

FF Beta's will update .....but most of the time as soon as I find out there is an update, I don't wait for FF ...I just grab it.

I know a couple of you have Sumo (???) which alerts to updates I think but .......

I use this thread. Comes with notification of new releases, what has changed, issues with install and expected install time. Sometimes it comes with a product review (remember CCleaner)
