    Thanks.
How would I go about setting up another organisation?
Unfortunately, Microsoft Teams Free only allows you to create one organization when you sign up at Microsoft Teams for Free

This will then be your only allowed organization, in addition to organizations you are invited to join like TenForums Live.

For each new organization you want to / need to create, you have to sign up with a new Microsoft account. If Mr. Larry Laffer with MS account larry.laffer@SomeEmailProvider.com has already created a free Teams account and organization, he needs to use MS account email larrys.secondaryemail@SomeEmailProvider.com to create a new account and organization.

With one MS account email, you can only create one organization in Microsoft Teams Free.

So if I wanted to use Teams for personal use I would have to create a new email and microsoft account? Is Teams really lined up to replace Skype?

If you have signed up for Teams Free, you already have an organization. You can invite your friends or family to join that organization.

If you want a new organization, you need a new MS account.

    No.

Teams will replace Skype for Business, which is a totally different application and service, having nothing to do with normal Skype.

It's only 3:50 AM. For an insomniac, that's nothing.

I am not an insomniac, but I work evenings finishing at midnight, so I am usually up til 4 or 5 in the morning, at weekends too - on a different body clock to many people.
