That's the main issue I am trying to resolve. At the moment, all participants can see your email.

No contradictions there. Some features are missing from those choosing to join anonymously, without providing an email address. What I am trying to do is to create a system where everyone could be able to join the meetings, without sharing their private email addresses, remaining anonymous, and yet have all the features.

I think I was not clear.

I was talking about when you send emails to everybody. No point in going to effort of making Teams anonymous if everybody sees email address when you send out a link (or do you only intend to give link via here?).

I know this doesn't solve the MS Email issue when using MS Teams App, but I believe you can change the Team Users Profile Name to use their TF User Name vs their MS Account Name, which might make it easier to know who's who ... Just a thought :)
