Regrettably, I am not available for this today or tomorrow as I forgot an important birthday.

One thought - could TF set up a number of TF email addresses and these could be supplied to a user temporarily but password changed after the forum?

......I know that @Edwin has tested Teams Free, and judging by his enthusiastic messages really likes it . I hope you can join the test today, Edwin.
    Sorry I couldn't make it @Kari!

I'm quite impressed with Teams Free! Powerful software package!

    Group audio/video capable,
Screen sharing, presentation sharing, file sharing and much more!

I imagine the Pro version tied with an Office account would bring forth many more options and features!

    Geeks, a 24 hour delay.

I have issues on both of my laptops I can use for these meetings, causing Skippy build released yesterday to GSOD continuously.

I need to resolve these issues first. The test meeting will be at announced time (19:00 UTC) tomorrow instead of today.

    Sorry geeks.
    New try today, same time.

There really isn't a Pro version. The word in Teams does not mean it's somehow limited version, it only means that you can use it free, without an Office 365 Business or Enterprise or Microsoft 365 subscription.

By the way geeks, if you are interested to learn how to make easy to read tutorials, you might want to start from this I wrote for our sister site Seven Forums years ago: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...tutorials.html
Unfortunately I'm just a lowly 'new member' over there and don't have sufficient privileges to read that. I know I could ask the Mods for access, but perhaps it would be easiest to put a copy of it here as well?

Breelander, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
    3. ...
(had to use the unabbreviated form of my preferred user ID, someone else got 'Bree' years ago, but never used it )

BTW, Swindon's Magic Roundabout is on Trip Advisor

I am sorry geeks, but I have big issues in getting Skippy build 18234 to work, half a dozen GSODs in last 24 hours. I must postpone the Teams test once again.

I will post tomorrow about new test webcast time.

Sorry Bree. I will see if I can bring that guide to Ten Forums for all members to read.

Yes. Would Tuesday or Wednesday be OK? In any case, I need to write the tutorial first. I've already made screenshots, so it will not take much to get it done.

The only thing in doing it on weekdays is that the time chosen will not be good for our North American fellow members who will be at work when we have evening. Would you (and other European geeks) mind if it was really late, let's say 23:00 (11 PM) Central European time, which would be 17:00 (5 PM) US Eastern time?

    @Kari

I arrive home from work at 6:00PM at the earliest next week...

    Just a thought...

If Teams doesn't work for enough people, what about regular Skype?

Skype does not allow everything required for a live meeting with lots of shared content and sharing. It's OK for informal chats, though.
