Hi AD, If you try Firefox 63 BETA 3 it may be fixed. The white flash at Startup for me is gone.
I might give it a spin. It is the white flash on every page I load that drove me away. I use a dark theme extension. It will flash white before the dark theme loads on every site, or did before. Also my dark theme extension made the last FFox I tried slower than a turtle in molasses.

Well the white flash on loading a new web page is gone. It still flashes white when I launch it,no biggie there. BUT, my dark theme extension still makes it run like molasses. Does not do it in Chrome. I will hold out hope that the extension gets an update for FFox or they do something to remove the lag.

Remove the extension and try it. I never had a lag in between webpages, or a flash.

I can just turn the extension off and pages load really fast like my Chrome does. I emailed the extension maker about it. I refuse to be fed bright white web pages when browsing. Will stick with Chrome for now but it is getting close to me being able to jump ship.

So something is locking you out for two hours?

Like an old thermal check that would force a motor to cool down.

    Is your PSU hot?
Only way to get pC to post is to disconnect from power and wait around two hours or more. Will have to try without adding or removing one RAM stick.

PSU is not hot, but wont post. After half a minute fans start working on full. No beep, no sign, no picture, only led on mb is shining...

Once I get it to post, system works like new. Till next boot. Didn't check restart, have to wait till morning
