    As Kari said:

"You simply click the link posted in this thread half an hour before the webcast starts, accept the install of a very small plugin, enter your preferred username for that meeting, and that's it."
For clarity - select the web app option. Recommend using Edge.

Fellow geeks, there's an issue at the moment with Skype for Business meetings. Today's webcast will go on, link will be posted here half an hour before meeting, but apparently screen sharing will not work today.

We will use this webcast as a common Ten Forums fans chat, and redo the "How to make an tutorial" webcast next weekend.

My apologies. You geeks who have participated in previous TF Live chats know that we have done quite a many of them. I know what I am doing, I know how to host these meetings. For reasons I do not know, today the screen sharing is not working.

Let's not let the issues stop us talking to each other. Webcast is still on, it's just that today we cannot show what we had intended.

The above post in short: We will have a webcast today, but for reasons unknown to me screen sharing is not working, We will chat and have nice time together, but unfortunately the "How to make a tutorial" part will be moved forward to next weekend.

@jimbo45, if you get into trouble connecting up, just post here in this thread and someone will probably help walk you through it.

For the meetings Kari host, you only need a web browser and a working webcam and microphone, if you want to show your face and also be able to talk.

Normal Skype is separate, but that is as easy too, and requirements are the same as above.

OK geeks, it seems that today is only being a friendly chat between friends. As mentioned earlier, the screen sharing is not working at the moment.

We will try the tutorial making again in next weekend. Today, it will only be off topic chat. All Ten Forums members and fans welcome: Join TF Saturday Live Chat

    Hey all,

On a related note to this TF Session, I have just tried to use the Steps Recorder application built into Windows and as a simple guide, I decided to show how to use the compact VHD option in Hyper-V (this will be talked about more in the TF session).

I simply started the Recorder, did all the normal steps and stopped the Steps Recorder
Sorry I missed this thread until now.

The one thing which catches me out when I use the Steps Recorder is forgetting to click on (or otherwise interact with) the last screen of whatever I'm trying to capture before closing the recorder and Saving. Many a time I've forgotten to do this and lost the last screen.

Incidentally I believe it used to be called "Problem Steps Recorder" (hence the command to run it is "psr") but presumably Microsoft didn't want to suggest that Windows 10 might have problems.
