Collins actually give both versions, the one with a space being 'a quicker way of getting somewhere than the usual route' while the single word has the conventional computer connotations.

Actually, I tried the single word first - and it just didn't look right (what? he's telling me not to click shortcuts?). So I said 'don't try to take a shorter route' instead

My current FFox install was a clean one. I didn't change any settings until TC posted the pic and I changed the 4 to 7 like he had. I have the same exact extensions on FFox that I have on Chrome. But, after checking, it is my Dark Reader extension slowing down the loading. It does not do this on Chrome and I refuse to have bright white pages when browsing.

Evening, Access. I found the Dark Reader slowed down FF too; however, someone told me it will speed back up with Beta 62.0b18 (64-bit). Thing is, I can't find it again to see if it's up to speed again or not.
