You are 100% correct. I work my entire rear end off every day at work. Usually soaked from head to feet by 9-10 am from sweating. Some of that is because I wear a long sleeve shirt with my work shirt over it. They don't offer long sleeve work shirts and I refuse to get poison oak, ivy etc. all over me. I had that happen once a while back and I will keep long sleeves on from now on. It sucks to be soaked but I can tell you I am cool once I take a break. A real breezy day on break and I actually get cold from it haha.

I have dropped pants size from 40 to 34 already in a little over a month

I used it to make a tutorial for logging into one of the genealogy sites. We have one lady who cannot remember how to do anything on the computer.
