Well roofer / chimney guys just left. Clean bill of health except gas water heater flue cap is rusting. Secured with screws and will find me another.

While they were up there they noticed my neighbour is missing several tiles along roof line. They likely got blown off May 4th with wind storm. They're away ( the ones with kids locked out ) so I can give them good news on their return.

Speaking about the kids, the young lads decided to have a fire by the house, $800 fine if caught. Must have had a drink or two. Left dad's ax and hand saw out. It has been raining...the tools have been rusting. Ladder is still up.
