She really likes hers because when you "deep fry" things you basically just have to coat whatever in oil & out them in the tray. No mess or splatter like if you used a pan or an actual deep fryer.

Also good for cooking things like chicken nuggets, she says things that are supposed to be crispy come out crispy, instead of soft like if you use the microwave to cook them.

    Morning simrick.

    Good morning / afternoon all.

Thick air, in the 70's with lots of clouds & rain or T Storms on the way.

Only in this house on a Friday night when we're raging can the smell of cooked Cauliflower fill the air. Yes, after 3 drinks my Wife decided to cook that. Not chicken nuggets or pizza or eggrolls. Cauliflower

Good morning, Mike & Sammy. We're up to 75° this morning, about four degrees cooler than normal.

Yep, Lucy does the same. Gets up, asks for her treats, then disappears for a few hours.

Good afternoon, Keith. We're supposed to get some relief weather wise this week.

    Good morning, TC.

    Good morning, Josey.

    Good morning, Ken.

    Good morning, Beeman & Buzzy.

    Good morning, Borg.

Cauliflower is good and good for you. Johnny tried broccoli for the first time a few weeks ago and was surprised it was actually good.

    Good morning, Access.

    Good morning, Bob & Muggys.

Just be glad you're not in Indiana or Iowa! Those guys got pounded.

And a good morning/afternoon to everyone who will enter here, and good bye to all those who leave . . .

Might have to get one of those to see if they are what there cracked up to be.
Mornin' Beeman 'n Buzzy, I have an air fryer and its great to cook in.

You do have to keep an eye on it until you get used to how it works.
I set mine for half the time, then check the food to decide how much longer it needs.

I suggest to get a bigger size one as you can fit just about anything in it and
it will cook enough for two.

My Wife said the same thing, you have to get used to them.

Also there's also always the underlying ceramic smell, at least the one she uses. For a while I never knew if she was cooking or making pottery.
