Septic tank and yes indoor plumbing Josey...

I've always hated cooking on electric stoves, gas stoves are much better for cooking...

If I had my choice, same here. But no gas lines anywhere near me, and Propane would entail some very major re-working.

Agreed, but this house came with one of those glass top thingies, and since I can use it for canning, I'm OK with it. I've learned to use electric, but would much rather have a gas range.
