When it rains it pours, was planning a nice quiet morn yesterday & then my Wife's dad calls. Apparently someone locked him out of his FB, told him to call a number & they said they could fix the problem.....for $$$$$.

So off I went to reset his password. Thank heavens they didn't pay anything this time. The last 2 times they got cold calls for "MS" they did

Yeah, it was ridiculous, even after I warned them about it the 1st time, they fell for it again & paid $$$$$.

The first time they called, they got remote access & used their "special malware removal tool" & charged then over $100. That special removal tool was JRT

The humidity dissipated 1/2 way through the day yesterday but it was still plenty warm. They said humidity will be coming back on Fri, so going to try & enjoy today.

Well just bought some paint I needed to get for front deck, only cost 50 bucks a gallon. But this stuff wears like iron.

You might as well spend the $$$ if it's going to be good & last a long time. Less work in the future. The reason I get that paint sealant, a PIA to prep & put on, but only 1X a year treatment needed.

Hopefully you keep low humidity for a bit. We're hoping it stays at bay longer then a couple days.

BTW....just so you all know, FB has no phone number for customer service. The number her Dad googled was a scam. So was the one he was told to call (obviously).

If you Google facebook customer service number, you get a whole bunch of results, all that have nothing to do with FB. Either a scam or a pay-for-help service.
