I opened the front door this morn & when I came back for a coffee refill there was a squirrel 1/2 way into the house.

At least he got out OK, last time took 15 mins to get one out of the house.

Oh good Lord, why can't we just have a normal, quiet weekend? Her screwball friends come over & everything goes to hell.

One good thing, no bats in the house this year yet, last year we woke up to one in the house a couple times.

I've had squirrels climb up the screen door opening out to the deck, but haven't had one get in yet. Sounds like an adventure I can do without!!

My Wife feeds them & they'll come right up to her & take the nuts out of her hand.

Problem is when she's a bit late in the morn, & I open the door to let cool air in, they have no qualms about coming in & looking around for something to eat.
