I ran out a few days ago but don't want to get more until after the Dr. visit on the 17th
in case he wants to do more useless tests.

Good you lost some weight, you were on a diet weren't you ?

I have to look into those dinners if my Dr. will let me eat normal food again soon.
I like to make quick and easy dinners.

Yes I wanted to lose weight or My Doc would put me on sugar pills. I Like those dinners, they take 4 1/2 minutes to make and are tasty. The older one gets the more things you lose, like your drivers license, some lose their memory.., I am 70 and don't think I will make 90..

I think he's milking this diet 'n test crap myself.

Learned a lesson today. NEVER eat too much when working in the heat. I was eating in the shade and got cool. It took me nearly an hour to not feel like I was going to fall asleep standing up.

Do you still use the exercise bike ?
I have a treadmill I try to use regularly, when I remember.
