    I think I have it setup now. Just to add a couple other folders to favorites so I can keep tabs on them.

    I just like to have my gmail spam folder where I can have easy access to check it. Every once in a blue moon something gets caught in there.

    and I made sure I moved my Thunderbird profile directory to a path that is captured in my regular data backups. (Document Library)

    It use to be that the profile folder was down the appdata path.

    Of course frequent MR that capture entire machines negates this need. My MR's don't include data.

    I don't care for the email data but it is captured with MR. All my gmail is kept on the server, at least what I do not delete.

    Yes. I know he's testing. That's why I'm posting the pics and instructions. If that is not correct, then somebody please tell me and I will stop.

    Thanks for it all TC I think I have it all working perfect. One final thing, clicking the notification doesn't open the email but that might be a good thing. I could be clicking something down in that area when one pops up that I don't want to open lol. I will let sleeping dogs lie.
