Time for me to head over there & try to figure out the mess her Uncle made & clean it up somehow. I told him more then likely we'll have to re-install the program & then take it out....the proper way.

Well that's my old W7 lappy had it's monthly bringing up to date, clean out, and image in preparation for MS to dump on us. God that lappy is slow.
