    HI
I was thinking that there may be some issues to be resolved due to Apple's new USB - C cable and port with Windows and Android.
    I currently use a Windows desktop(old) and have a Galaxy phone(old & insecure).
Because Apple offers longer support and updates, I am thinking of going there.
I don't like the glass on the 8. They say it is the hardest glass yet but it is also said glass is still glass.
I heard b/c Apple could not do well in India and China it is coming out with 3 different models in the fall, with reduced prices -:).
It will be interesting to see what they are and what they cost.
Time to break the piggy bank for a new PC and also to get a phone I can do business on.
The platforms, cables and ports and all is very confusing. I heard the Apple charging cable has to work with he rear USB ports of the desktop which is a head scratcher, but have no confirmation on that.
Do you have any thoughts about any of this?

USB-C is not created by Apple. It works on any platform. The reason why it is called "universal".
