Wasn't sure about Locky. Our vet always kept them after surgery which I'm sure is stressful. Dogs barking, people they don't know, etc.

Yes sometimes I've had to leave my dog overnight, but it depends on just what type of surgery the pet had. They seem to be trying lately to release the pet same day if possible.
