    Good morning / afternoon folks.

Sunny & cool, it was in the low 50's last night, we got to the mid 70's yesterday with low humidity.

We were on the phone off/ on right up to the end of the workday. (5 PM)

Not sure i have ever tried Okra, beeman, what type of thing do you cook with it?
You can boil them, fry them and stew them with tomatoes to cut the slime. I like them stewed with tomatoes and fried.

    Afternoon Paul

The last part of the day was also a lot of fun.

I go to the doc, he prescribes a med. I get a call from the pharm, med will cost $380, they ask do I still want it.

No, not at that price. I call the insurance, they say it needs pre-auth, they submit it for that & grant me a "transitional" supply (30 days allowed).

I call the pharm 1/2 hr later, they say still coming up as $380.

I call the ins back, they call the pharm, oh...they're using the name brand med, not the generic, I'm told only the doc can change it to the generic.

By this time 2 hrs have elapsed, doc is closed so the fun takes off again this morn

Morning Beeman, hope you get a nice feast out of those. I've never tried them, my Wife has, she says they look good.

Well I can tell you it's waaaay more complicated then the system you have there. Kado told me that there's a cap on any med at 8.50 pounds. There are no caps here. Unless you have insurance & even then the prices fluctuate.....
