I slow cooked it for 8 hours Saturday, to make it ready for Sunday. I was making BBQ Shredded pork. It came out beautiful, very tender, and tasty, cut with a fork. My Ex came over Sunday, and she loved it, also she took some home to her place. I made 3lbs worth.
