Good evening Everybody after one weekend of harvesting my honey I am at the half way point. I have 400 gallons in the tank will be putting it in 5 gal buckets during the week.

Awwwww, that's terrible! So far, when Lucy's gone missing, I've usually found her in a closet she snuck into and got closed up. Check all the closets in the house, and even the bottom cabinets. Lucy loves to dash into my circular cabinet where I store canned goods.

The Honey flow ended early this year due to no rain it was shaping up to be a bumper crop now it will only be a average crop last year the crop was 30% down so an average crop is welcome.Also because of the lack of rain the honey is a higher quality than normal (lower water content) so it does not need drying.

If this trend of lower water content continues, will it make your honey be more in demand ?
Would this depend on how the rest of the season turns out ?
