To add to the useless Sumo 5.6.7 - it's been 5.6.7 for ages. it's the .395 > .396 update. There...more useless info not to use!

It also did the same thing Screenpresso does sometimes, even same warning msg now. Had to use the downloaded update file to install it, just like we do for screenpresso sometimes.

I've gotten so use to it doing that, I just click the Update Manually and get it over with.
