It is in AMO also and is Compatible with Fx 57 thru 62 Thanks Andre

Read the comments in the link I've posted. Some good info (from developer) about running it side by side with other extensions.

Yes, always that premium vs free.. Think it is more about the last part of the sentence - developers have to live. You probably have other plugins for that part anyway.
