    Afternoon kado.

She is almost all healed up, she still needs the boot, but she can wear the diabetic shoes we got her for short periods of time. Doc says break them in slowly while she continues healing.

I have been meaning to ask you guys about something. I am sure since most of you have newer systems you might be able to answer this for me.

When I press F8 (my key for boot device) before Windows loads. I see my DVD drive and USB twice. Once for the name and another saying UEFI for the same device. Is there any difference when installing Windows? I used the UEFI this time where as before I always used the other option. I didn't notice any difference in the install. Just curiosity I guess. :)

Not sure about that one, AD. Mine is F12 (one thing the vendors never ever could agree on!) I don't get a non-UEFI unless I switch to Legacy....never at the same time as options. Maybe you have a possessed MB!

Now I am gonna reboot and look thru the BIOS. All it took was you posting to make me think, lol. I think it might have UEFI and Legacy both enabled somehow lol.
