Morning Josey
LOL I said Afternoon. I meant morning haha. I was reading wrong
I know... we all have PC's on the mind.
and we are the lucky ones... things went well and we were prepared.
Yes, it's the all or nothing approach of imaging. You probably have data that changes very little and some that changes quite frequently. Some that you need to back up and some not. You can break down your backups into smaller chunks that you can do at different intervals. If you use something like FreeFileSync it only backs up the changes on each run and you can get it to save the old version if you like.. I actually run a daily scheduled backup of all my current data. It compares about 250,000 files on USB3 spinners for changes in about 30 seconds.
Good morning / afternoon folks.
Just a fly by saying hi. Another one of her friends got nabbed by the pop up scam, this time they left a BIOS password. Had to take the thing apart & reset it via jumper. Just got back, headed out again to get done what should have been done a couple hours ago.
Congrats @paulsalter on winning #119, your coupon for a DVD, "The making & design of the BSOD screen," as explained by a drunken Bill Gates, or a case of Shrimp flavored Cheerios is on the way.
I need to get shopping done to get stuff for my "no solid food" day morrow.
Hope everyone's having a good experience with the update
Have a good day & take care.
