It was a new user account. I may have not closed it when I rebooted. Going to close it on the other screen and reopen then close it. And reboot. brb

That worked. Now I need to open everything I have set to open on other screens and then close them. Little quirks of Windows lol

Fixed that blasted Camera Roll and Saved Pictures from reappearing in my Pictures library. Set the location to a folder I never open lol.
