Ok I changed it .....it let me keep my original screen....Very nice of them

The only thing that's missing. I can't find any way to get to contacts. It used to be in the hamburger menu but all that seems to do now is open and close the left pane.

under settings -> try new Gmail… and then back

You can also click on compose button, then click on the "TO" button, and it will show contact choices....

Click the 9 square thingy and drag the contacts up to the top part. Then you can click that once and then click contacts.

Dragging it to the very top, is only a temporary choice thou....

Yup, your correct, my mistake AD, everytime I tried to move it, it kept showing me an X ......but it still let me move it to the top.

Now, everytime a delete some posts, I get a warning screen......can't find how to turn it off....
