Silly suggestion, take it or leave it.....

On the off chance we do get SCU today at the Magic 1pm, do a check for updates a few minutes earlier, say 12:50, for Defender updates. I've had that bite me in the past when an update and Defender collide, it tripped over itself.
Strange thing TC, as that is exactly what happened yesterday, both the CU and Defender updates were listed, but Defender was listed last, and was never updated. Only one I got was the CU, checked after CU was installed, and no Defender update was listed.

Good morning folks. Hope you're having a pleasant birthday, TC.

I just got back from my hospital orientation. I'm volunteering there and they decided to put me in endoscopy, so I get to wheel patients down to dismissal and then clean up and make the beds.

    Afternoon Chuck

Endoscopy and clean up might be interesting words to put together.

Nice that you are volunteering. Always nice to give back.

Well ladies and gents I have to run this afternoon, save some Spring Update for me.

When I forward an email I remove any and all info on who sent it and any and all users that were CC'd. I also ad this:

IT IS A COURTESY TO ME AND OTHERS WHO MAY NOT WISH TO HAVE THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES SENT ALL OVER THE WORLD. ERASING THE HISTORY ALSO HELPS PREVENT SPAMMERS FROM MINING ADDRESSES AND PREVENTS VIRUSES FROM BEING PROPAGATED. THANK YOU!
Problem is, If you use Rogers email, they've got the incoming email address already, and will use that for their "non-spam" marketing emails....

You know, if you think evil, maybe Rogers wants to stop dealing with mail, (support, passwords, how to's. ).

So alienate your clients in large numbers and have them move off service so you can say due to small volume you are eliminating.

I use Rogers, cable and Internet. They can be very sneaky but do it right out in the open so they can say we told you didn't you understand.

This just hit the papers a month back. You sign up for Internet for a two year plan. They give you a price and you say great. They also say they are guaranteeing the savings. You hear the price will be unchanged.

Then you get a notice prices have jump. You call and say WT* and they say we didn't guarantee the price, we guaranteed that you would get this amount of savings. So in essence I've agree to a two year term and they could if they wanted raise the price by $1000.

How is that for transparency. The legislators knew this as they put a stop to it on our cell phones, public outrage, but as no one complained they okayed the practice for the other services. Now the public is on to them again.

They just got a new CEO who wants to be customer focused, yes customer's wallet focused.
    Unbelievable...

I don't have a contract either, but my ISP doesn't encrypt their email (so it's like sending a postcard in the mail), so I don't use it.
