I just used my ol Logitech Webcam, which has everything installed. You don't need any headset or Mic.....its all built-in.

I think it is more related to all the settings in Windows I changed when I clean installed. Blocking Skype and other stuff lol.

I just used the Web App from the link Edwin gave, and all worked fine. Not the Desktop App, the Web App.

No cam, either. Got all that on the lappy, but the wife had it diligently surfing her coupons for the groceries!

Nothing ever happened. I left it open for 10 min after the first meeting started.

I had to look down on the taskbar, saw the icon and clicked it. Voila!

App I used was called SkypeMeetingsApp.MSI Very small file....
