Remember getting first VCR (About 81 ish) at a time when people rented TVs/VCRs and the rental shop did a movie rental service, the owner used to deliver them to you home and then come and collect them after a couple of days

Oh yeah, that was a big deal back then. Even 7 - 11 got into the business briefly. They had 1/2 an aisle of videos & you could even rent a "compact" VCR. (the damn thing was bulky & heavy). That didn't last too long, less then a year i think.

When we 1st moved here there was a perfect setup, a pizza place that was connected to a video rental store. You ordered your pizza, went over to the vid store (both owned by the same guy), got a vid & grabbed your pizza. I think towards the end before they closed the vid rental, they would even deliver a movie along with the pizza for a bit of an extra fee.

Well, I might check some of those out & let my PC stay busy while I'm shoveling snow off the stairs. Might as well move some of it so I don't have too much to do later.

Yup, that's what I did last week, shoveled my side steps at least 3 times.

Well, if my Wife would have let me buy...or even build that flamethrower I wanted to get/make, this wouldn't be a problem for me.

I just realized...it's very quiet out there.....not a good sign. Haven't heard a plow in a while either......
