I replaced mine two years ago as some parts could take an excessive time to source. Hope you are not in that situation.

Bought a new UPS with more head room. Wired in and operational.

I have retired all my APC's due them overcharging the batteries after they get a few years on the units some components in the charge circuit age and change the float voltage to a level that will over charge the battery causing them to fail prematurely.
