Hope TC is okay. They say the duration of the outage could be very long.

I was eyeing natural gas generator at the Depot. I have two panels in the house, hook up one to the generator and move and couple of circuits and I would be set.

Weather events are getting more and more severe.

I have a 5000 watt Honda gas generator, had it for over 18 years, powers 75% of my house. I also had a Gentran transformer installed right next to my fusebox, so the power from the generator does not back feed into the power lines.

Yeah, ours was blinking off/on for some of the day, I gave up resetting the clocks after the 3rd time & just waited until this morn.

One of my Wife's co-workers lost power on Fri morn, she lives out in the country & they told her she may not have power until Sunday, estimated repair time is 10 PM that night
