    For all intents and purposes, Trading Standards have long gone as an avenue for advice or complaint. Advice is now handled by Citizens Advice (previously known a Citizens Advice Bureau)... if you can actually get hold of one of their (non-technical/non-legal) volunteer 'advisors'.

    Section 75 was never finished it was still going to the declaration stage for my signature, it was Ebuyer its self that done the full refund.
