Hi,
Well that is better than onsite credit.
Personally, I would email a reply very politely rejecting the offer and say something like "I find it difficult to believe a company such as Ebuyer would just destroy my property. I believe it's more likely it's been temporarily mislaid and the customer service rep - Laura - is mistaken. As a result, I would be very grateful for every effort to return my card safely within 14 days so, if necessary, I can deal directly with Zotac".worf105 said:£600 back to the card.
No threats, be nice as pie... see if there's any change in position.
If if does get to mediation or even small claims court then you will have demonstrated 'reasonableness' which will be viewed more favourably than an Ebuyer standard reply.
Hope this helps...
Thanks @RickC. I have already done very similar to what you have suggestedPersonally, I would email a reply very politely rejecting the offer and say something like "I find it difficult to believe a company such as Ebuyer would just destroy my property.
