    Only putting 16gigs of memory in new rig, I wanted 32 gig, like this one, but it would have cost me over 500.00 for TWO 16 sticks !!!!

    Will be interesting to see what Bios version this new rig has ......seeing how it is fresh from Asus. I'm not a fan of the security bios fixes.

    TC, A lot of manufacturers use different terms for the same thing. No such thing as standardization. Could it just be what most call secure boot or CSM (compatibility Support Module) ?

    Mike, the latest is 1003 which is the "Fix" for the security issues. Before that was 901,

    Could be, but there are separate entries for secure boot and UEFI on the Boot or Advanced section. Not super important. Works fine, actually a little better. They did some more tweaks to the cpu MC.
