There is a guide roller, not sure if it is powered, but it has a flat spot on it, hence the thump, thump, thumb. Thought about removing more parts and then I remembered, service is coming Wednesday. While I could likely replace roller the real question is why does it have a flat spot.

Is there a belt, Ken? Been a few years, but mine did that and I replaced the belt. No service call; just a new belt.
