Thanks, I got an appt. But seriously, sometimes these regulations just go too far.

I called one place to make a payment on my Wife's acct & was told due to the regs, I can't do that unless she's there to give them permission for me to do that.

I'm not asking for any personal info or anything, I'm just trying to make a payment. That's all. Still, my Wife had to call them & tell them it's OK for me to make a payment on her account.

And keeping in the realm of WTF:

We got our car ins bill, it was over $100 higher then the last time & we had submitted no claims.

I call to ask, they tell me they had our car categorized wrong. They had it listed as a "2 door" instead of a "coupe."



Now I know they categorize the hell out of everything in most industries, but in my book a coupe is a 2 door vehicle.

BTW, we have a back seat so that should make it a 2 door coupe, so to speak
