This suspended status is something new... Just like high CPU usage. And that high CPU is somehow transferred to my FCU partition.. so it's something in boot section. Will probably restore Macrium image, but tomorrow, have no time today ..

Makes sense, but what is that stat doing in the Startup Tab???? Suspend an app from starting up? That doesn't even make sense!! It's either enabled or disabled, not kinda almost maybe floating!
