Build 17093? Playful beast :)

Taking 70% of CPU power to itself. For Diagnostic it says I can diagnose that with no CPU power.. Changing system (some file accessing dlls) new Meltdown fix (memory isolation), bunch of new features and Update delivery system (again??) in the same build. It's a disaster, but not everybody knows it yet

No idea as I am not a Insider, TC seems to have had no problems, think Andre did.

Update went relatively smooth… but not behaving well. restart GSOD went away for now, but system is running this machine to its limit, without doing anything on it.
