She is one of the main parts of Windows 10. I do not use her. I tried it and she has a nice voice and she will open Firefox after some coaching.

I don't use voice Cortana, yet, as I'm sure it would cause issues with my current assistant, Siri.

I use Siri everyday and if she knew I had another assistant she might decide she no longer understands me.
