Check your BIOS settings and make sure only S1-S3 are enabled, not S4 and/or S5.

One is a win32 app - free to all for any platform it will run on. Other is Win10 UWP, different app, same author, I think.

I use Major Geeks site once in a while, I just chicked on Wynona's link for that paint app, MB didn't block anything here.
