i like that hub ,I've never seen one before ,uses for a spy camera ,nothing legal come to mind ,lol
I just like the nice long narrow cable and no second connector etc at the camera end. I'll likely use it as a bird camera. I'll use a section of wire clothes hanger to make a mount for it. I'll bend a little loop in the end to stick the camera to.

The Pi foundation camera is a bit big and clunky if you don't have it mounted in anything.

Once these two orders arrive I should be good to go as far as power supplies go. I won't have one for every PI I own but I'll have enough that I won't have to borrow one from a running project to tinker with a spare Pi etc.
Running out of Micro SD cards now though, lol. I may boot one or two Pi's from USB thumb drives temporarily. Until I can score a few more cards on sale or something.

Yeah, same idea, just a shorter cable. The spy camera is only 5 megapixel so same as the version 1 camera as far as picture quality.

that would be useful for sure , i took the dell keyboard apart again ,looks like the off on slider button wasn't connecting to the slider after i put it back together , i'm typing this with it now, volume controls work with vlc and windows key works ,arrows for going through the browser pages ect ect . just got to try it with the pizero now ,but it should work ,i hope, only thing is the Pi Zero isn't much good for internet surfing . I'll have work on getting Pi3 A+ inside ,not much room though ..

Adafruit order arrived yesterday. Mounted the mini spy camera to a piece of coat hanger and mounted that to the top of my Black Pi Foundation case. Pi 3B not a +, it was just sitting there doing nothing. Will take a pic when I find my camera lol.
Pimoroni order arrived this morning. It had a collect customs sticker on it. First time I've seen that on a package from them, one that was sent Royal Mail anyway. The guy that droped it off didn't have a clue what he was doing? He scanned all the barcodes trying to figure out what owed. Then just tried to enter 0 when I said I had never had to pay customs on orders from Pimoroni in the past. He never did figure it out and I never did sign for it. He just said I know you got it, by?
I think he was filling in for somebody? And I'm thinking at some point he will be back. I have no problem paying the GST, once he figures out his tech dohicky thingy, lol.
Put one 3A+ in a Pibow with V2.1 camera. Same as the other one I did up. I never did take any pictures of that one. I will once I find my digital camera though. I have another 3A+ to assemble, neck and shoulders are getting sore so that may be for another day. Just placed another order at Pimoroni, got paid for walking my friends dog today, another 140 bucks. Ordered a couple of Micro SD cards, another 3A+, pibow coupe for the 3A+ some power supplies and other odds and ends.

Today was the last day of dog walking. Or I would have waited and ordered more stuff. Just imaging a card with Raspbian for my now spare 3B+. I'll likely hook it up to the living room TV to stream my bird feeder camera feed to. For now anyway. I may replace it with a 3A+, not sure just yet. I have an ethernet cable right there not in use so I may use that instead of connecting via WIFI. My wife can't easily see the one main bird feeder. Now that I have more than enough Pi Cameras i'll set one up to watch that feeder. Then all she has to do is switch the source on the TV. I'll leave the Pi 3B+ running 24/7 with the web page for the feeder open. Hopefully it won't lag too bad. I've been viewing my web feeds on my PC and XBOX. Haven't tried to watch one from another Pi.

EDIT: Just got the confirmation e-mail saying my Pimoroni order is on the way.
