@Access Denied Do you own a Raspberry Pi or micro controller etc? If you already answered that in some way I missed it.

That's cool, was just wondering. It can be a lot of fun, some frustration too if I'm honest.

Switched to plan B with my AIY kit. I want to be able to easily connect servo's etc for testing tinkering. That just isn't possible when its in the carboard box / case. I put the Pi in the Pibow case I recently bought. It's a Coup case that's good for attaching Hats etc. That's mounted to an old Nintendo hard plastic mouse pad that has nice rubber feet on the bottom. Lots of room for what ever I attach. I mounted the microphone board with some tall metal standoffs. I won't be using the big button that came with it. I'll use the harness with my own smaller button and my own LED and resistor. I have some nice big 10mm LED's that I could use. I have two low profile rectangular speakers out of a TV I can use too. Just have to figure out how to mount them. That's for another day though, backs getting sore so time to quit and take a break.

Wow! Congrats on 2 major life accomplishments! While hitting age 65 isn't so rare these days, 33rd wedding anniversaries definitely are!

However, you are still a newlywed compared to my wife and I.
