Finally got my stuff today. Went by yesterday and they didn't have it, was still on the delivery truck.
Found a Piano Hat in the box with all the Arduino stuff. Bonus bonus.
I'll start an new Arduino thread after Christmas instead of cluttering up this one with non PI stuff.
Just going to do some quick tests with the two Arduino boards and out it away for Christmas.
The piano hat I think I'm going to play with now.
Nice thankyou card in the box too, signed by the Pimoroni crew. Looks like all those that are in the Bilge Tank Videos.

The UNO is Pi A+ sized and the MKR1000 is Pi Zero sized. The pictures of the UNO had me thinking it was bigger than it actually is. Going to be a fun Christmas, especially if my other order shows up in time.

My Piano Hat must be one of the very early versions or a prototype? Its green not black? Component layout is slightly different from the product picture too. Fully funtional non the less though.
I had it all hooked up momentarily to test it. Will gear up a more permenet setup eventually. Might have just found a use for my 3A+ thats on the way.

Thats the color mine is. I'm guessing somebody had it in their desk drawer or something, doing nothing, and tossed in in the box with my other stuff. I'll have fun with it. It's a 16 pad touch pad, if you count all the keys etc. Nice bit of tech to play with. Just have to wait for that other order to arrive.

    Found this via a Google search, Official Raspberry Pi 3 A+ Case - White/Red • RaspberryPi.dk
Haven't found anything official though, other than a mention that its coming. If the above is correct, it looks like they ditched the two covers they used in the Pi 2 /3 case. The picture frame part and second full cover. The base is all one piece too, no separate side pieces? Looks like you have to take the top off to plug a ribbon cable into the GPIO. I would have left a thin slot between that side and the top. Maybe they did, hard to tell from those pictures, assuming thats the final product? And they still haven't given a thought to air flow and cooling?
