Went into the video streaming menu and set Streaming Quality to 50% and its really not bad now lag wise. No giters or flutters, or what ever you call it. And that's at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

If I get it working the way I want I'll likely buy this case, https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/s...r-raspberry-pi. Then head to Wallmart and get some more leggo to make a tall stand / arm for the camera.
The LED shim is pretty cool, 28 RGB LEDs. They need to add the function list for it to GitHub though.

I see the sewable battery board listed separately. https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/s...-battery-board and the pictures of the LED's (backside view) don't show any batteries.
The ones I was thinking of buying are these, https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/bearables-fox-kit and https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/bearables-bear-kit
    Batteries are included. =)

If you order the battery holders you may want to order the conductive thread too, https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/conductive-thread-3m
