    Machine Check Exeption ISCTD64.sys

Since I've upgraded my PC it freezes and restart. I guess it's because of drivers. I scanned my device using Orthos Prime and Memtest 64 and there is no errors. Besides Safe mode and Linux works correctly. Driver verifier found violation in isctd64.sys driver (Intel Smart Connect Technology). I tried to reinstall system multiple times, turning off automatic drivers update, updating/installing this driver and BSoD still appears. How to prevent it? Thanks for help. Sorry for the delay, I've been thinking about possibilities.

A few possibilities I could come with are
    • Not loading the default BIOS settings
    • Compatibility issue, not sure if you checked it?
    • Faulty part

I'm having trouble believing this is only a software problem because of the hardware upgrades.
When did you upgrade your system?

I'm gonna downgrade bios to older version. I noticed, that computer works correctly all day, but only when CPU test is running. I've upgraded my PC two weeks ago. Thanks for your help.
