    BSOD after monitor comes back from standby, 0x00000050


    Since fall creator update I have some strange, reproducable behaviour.
    I am using a normal TV (Sony KD49-X8505) as a monitor, mainly for gaming. After 4 hours, this TV switches into standby. This behaviour has not been any problem before, I could just switch it on again and continue with what I'm doing. Since fall creator update however, whenever this happens my computer runs into a BSOD when I switch the TV on again. The error code is 0x00000050. I am a bit at a loss, since I'm not exactly an expert in computers...

    Any help or hint would be greatly appreciated.

    The faulting driver is your Nvidia display driver. Update to the latest release from Nvidia.
